Turnover
To apply for business funding, your business needs to have a turnover greater than $1 million ($100,000 per month) over the past 12 months.
Business History
Your last 12 months of business bank statements. This helps our algorithm and proprietary tools to give you a better response on your application.
Ownership
Business ownership of, or the management structure running the business has been in place for more than 6-months. You must also be a registered entity and have been fully operational for at least 12 months. We unfortunately do not fund sole proprietaries, trusts, or partnerships.
Additional documents may be required depending on the value of the business funding applied for.
No financial projections or business plans required
To kick-off our quick analysis we need your most recent 12 month business bank statements, in order to provide you with a preliminary offer.
Depending on the loan value, we may also require:
- Latest management accounts
